Using ink on toned paper, you’ll learn how to capture the eerie elegance of bare branches, textured bark, and windswept leaves just as the trees start to lose their leaves for fall.
In the first hour of class, Miriam will demonstrate some techniques to help you break down tree shapes and textures, then in the second hour of class, you’ll create your own masterpiece. Whether you’re totally new to drawing in this medium, or just looking to sharpen your skills, this class is all about experimenting, having fun, and embracing the slightly spooky side of nature.
