This artwork captures the essence of a meaningful encounter with a wolf named Alma, depicted through references I took during our time together. There is an undeniable positive energy that arises from being in the presence of wolves. Throughout history, wolves have held symbolic significance in various cultures, often representing protection. In Serbia, for instance, children were named after wolves like “Vuk,” believing it would safeguard them from harm. With this painting, my intention was to evoke a sense of strength, loyalty, and protection. By displaying this artwork in your home, I hope it emanates those very vibes, creating a space infused with a powerful and reassuring presence.
